A holistic digital marketing strategy designed for brand awareness and lead generation
The brief was simple, Shuttercraft was looking for a highly impactful, strategic and data-driven approach to digital marketing which provided transparency for both the internal marketing team and network of franchise network.
Firstly, we established a strong foothold in the market through a complete overhaul of their paid advertisement campaigns. Campaign performance insights were through bespoke Looker Studio reports which paired both platform and CRM data to provide accurate cost-per-lead figures. Complete transparency was achieved.

Continuous marketing to support business growth
After the strategy and set up was complete we got working on our growth objectives. Utilising a combination of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and our comprehensively researched content strategy, we were now hitting all the key pillars of SEO and had our eyes set on consistent keyword position growth and an increase in both traffic and leads coming through organic search.
Organic social media was next on our list. We worked closely with the in-house team to establish clear content pillars and create a strategy destined for success. This ongoing consultancy work also included the launch of Shuttercraft's own TikTok account which was a must for inspiring and engaging a new online audience.
To round it all off, we then kicked off our first stage of the website refresh project which addressed the franchise landing pages. The destination for all of paid advertisement traffic, it was essential that these pages resonated with potential customers and more importantly converted. These pages stood as the backbone of the paid advertisement investment and were essential for ensuring a strong return on ad spend for the valued franchise partners.
