LilaConnect is a rising UK broadband provider, offering full-fibre broadband packages at unmatched speeds for their customers.
They were looking for a provider who could develop a strategy with the goal of increasing their brand awareness and number of purchases in their availability areas of Stoke-on-Trent, Bristol, Colchester and parts of London.

A strategy for brand awareness and business growth
We worked with LilaConnect to focus on local brand awareness and development.
We started with a Paid Advertising Audit and SEO Audit & Competitor Analysis to inform our marketing strategy.
A key area in our strategy was Stoke-on-Trent, targeting potential customers based on their location. By focusing on a smaller area, we were able to get local people talking about this service.
Paid advertising - via Google Search and Display, and Social ads on Meta, were our biggest tools for lead generation and return on investment.
Other successful methods included organic posting on Meta and Twitter to build brand awareness and audience growth. On the website, we focused on optimising blogs and creating off-page strategies, contributing to the SEO performance of the site.
We also supported another provider, who targeted local radio stations and publications to increase the discussion and awareness around LilaConnect.
