Aria’s Science are a provider of AI solutions for businesses. From custom generative LLMs (large language models) to advanced forecasting systems, the Aria’s Science team develops AI algorithms that help businesses leverage their data to greater effect.
Having been operational since 2018, Aria’s Science had worked with large brands but had very little online presence. They approached the Blue Frontier team seeking strategic direction on how to create, then market, a new brand identity that would help them stand out in an ever-growing and competitive market. It was important for Aria’s Science to keep their existing brand name, however they were open to changing their brand design, colours, and messaging approach. Blue Frontier supported them by conducting a brand audit & strategy, followed by an aligned brand redesign. The project then continued with Blue Frontier conducting a holistic marketing strategy, building Aria’s Science a new website, and starting ongoing marketing support activities.

Bringing a human feel to the world of AI
The brand audit & strategy that was conducted for Aria’s Science provided market research insights, a competitor analysis, and comprehensive audience personas and journey maps based on their behaviours, preferences, pain points, and value propositions. Using third- and first-party data to provide this information, the Blue Frontier team finished off the strategy by making recommendations for how Aria’s Science could better resonate with target audiences and stand out against the competition through addressing the brand’s market positioning, messaging, and design.
In summary, the audit and strategy piece identified an opportunity for Aria’s Science to bring a more human side to the world of AI business solutions. By treating AI as a tool to empower the people within businesses to use data to deliver better, more efficient results, the new Aria’s Science brand was strategised to keep people at the centre of everything, despite being a technology provider.
Blue Frontier’s graphic design team then took the findings and recommendations of this work, and produced a brand-new logo, colour palette, and visual identity for Aria’s Science. Wrapping all of the graphic design work up into a new set of brand guidelines gave the Aria’s Science team everything they needed to begin adopting their new look into internal content creation.

Delivering a new website and holistic marketing support
Following the phase 1 rebranding activities, Aria’s Science opted to continue working with Blue Frontier, setting up a long-term partnership to deliver a new website and establish a plan for ongoing marketing support. Collaborating closely with the Aria’s Science team, and with the internal strategy and graphic design experts who had carried out the branding project, Blue Frontier’s web design team presented a new website concept that fully aligned with the brand’s new look. Blue Frontier also recommended moving the website to WordPress CMS, to allow for more scalability over time as well as flexibility in managing and publishing content moving forward.
Adjacent to this website project, Blue Frontier’s marketing team worked on a holistic marketing strategy for Aria’s Science. This strategy outlined research, recommendations, and tactics for SEO, content marketing, organic social media, and digital PR with a view of building brand awareness, trust, and authority. As part of this work, Blue Frontier’s SEO specialists outlined a new recommended sitemap built with organic search performance in mind – this sitemap then formed the basis for the new website’s layout and structure.
The entire Blue Frontier team came together to deliver a new website that was completely aligned with Aria’s Science brand strategy and marketing strategy. The content team, who wrote the copy for the new website pages, were overseen by the strategy expert who provided recommendations for Aria’s Science’s brand messaging and propositioning. This ensured consistency and that the new website put the branding recommendations into action. Similarly, the graphic designer who redesigned the new brand worked with the web team to conceptualise the new website design. All of this work was done to provide Aria’s Science with the best chance of future growth in their competitive industry, and from concept to deployment phase 2 of this work took only 4 months to complete.
