Initial Research & Data Collection

We conduct in depth market research, which includes identifying relevant third-party sources ranging from market reports and industry papers, to news articles and datasets. We also collect first-party data by setting up a social listening and brand monitoring query for your brand, your competitors, or your broader market. Using this combined third- and first-party data, we can form highly relevant insights unique to your business’ market positioning.

Strategy Creation

With all the insights and data we need, we will put together your comprehensive strategy, tailored to meet your unique goals and requirements. We can create your strategy in a style that best-suits your needs, whether that be a concise and digestible presentation, an in-depth written document, or something in between. Each brand audit and strategy is bespoke, however they typically contain macro and micro environment analyses, competitor analysis, audience personas and customer journeys, and strategic recommendations for your messaging and visual branding.

Strategy Presentation

We will happily meet with you and any of your key stakeholders to fully present our findings and run through your strategy in detail. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, give feedback, and refine any next steps. As part of this meeting, we can also discuss any support you may need in developing your brand, whether that be graphic design, web design, photography and video production, or digital marketing and copywriting.
