This year we celebrated Valentine’s Day with Blue Frontier’s second 'Two, Four, Six, Eight, Who Do We Appreciate?’ It was a great way of bringing a little more positive energy - and now we are back in the office to see each other in person, it was great to see a smile or two and share our appreciation across the team!
How it worked
Participants wrote anonymous messages containing the names of the staff members they appreciate and why. The messages were then grouped and sent anonymously to the recipients on the 14th of February. Our inboxes were full of messages with reasons of why we are valued and appreciated in the company, which may have resulted in some blushing and smiling!

I was so surprised to see the messages in my inbox on Valentine's Day and I did tear up a little bit at the lovely comments from my colleagues! I think I have an idea on who sent a few of them, but some are very difficult to decipher! It's such a nice event, I can't wait until 2, 4, 6, 8 2023!
I'm always delighted to receive pleasant words of gratitude from my colleagues since it ignites and gives excitement throughout the days and knowing that I've influenced the lives and friendships of people here at the company. Because the company's Valentine's greetings remain anonymous, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you!
It was so lovely to get so many kind and unexpected messages from my colleagues - I've never worked somewhere where I've felt as appreciated as I do at Blue Frontier! A little praise and a kind word or two goes a long way, and I'll definitely remember my Valentine's messages for a long time to come.
