Our Culture

Nurturing collective talent, bringing passion and care into every piece of work

Our values

Our culture

Our company culture is all about teamwork and partnership. Our service-level teams regularly collaborate with one-another, as well as with our clients, with each individual offering their own unique perspective, knowledge, and specialism.

We strive to give our people an open, communicative, and energetic working environment, as we believe this encourages greater creativity, learning, ambition, and problem-solving. We’re proud to foster a culture of collaboration, communication, continuous development, and confidence.

Collaboration

We recognise that every person at Blue Frontier has a unique set of skills that provides value to the projects and contracts they work on. Our teams constantly talk and work in collaboration with one another, even across different service areas, to ensure we always deliver the best possible work - and have fun whilst doing it!

Communication

Communication is key, both amongst our teams and with our clients. We’ll never keep you in the dark, and will always keep you up to date with regular meetings and check-ins. Most importantly, we believe that all communication should be clear, upfront, and honest; you won’t see any confusing jargon or hidden information from us.

Continuous development

As people working in the digital world, our teams are passionate about innovation. We are constantly encouraging research, learning, and development amongst our people at Blue Frontier, whether it’s through training courses, events, webinars, or trialing new technologies. This push for continuous development has been the key to building our service offering over the years.

Confidence

We’ve worked hard to build a team 100+ people strong, who are real experts in what they do. Every person at Blue Frontier is passionate about their craft, respectful of the technologies they work with, and not afraid to seek second opinion from our other in-house teams. Thanks to this, we feel secure in saying that we are great at what we do and are confident in the solutions we deliver.

Producing work that delivers real world impact

We love to work with clients in every sector, but we take particular joy in supporting projects that have a tangible positive impact on real world challenges. Through our work with governments, educators, healthcare providers, and non-profits, we are thankful to have been given lots of opportunities to help people all over the globe during the last 20 years.

From MedTech and Digital Health projects in Africa, to supporting universities and charitable initiatives right here in the UK, we are extremely proud of the work we’ve done to support organisations who are seeking to improve the lives of individuals through digital solutions and new technologies.

Life at Blue Frontier

If you were to ask the people at Blue Frontier what it is like to work here, you would hear words come up like “fun”, “fast-paced”, “dynamic”, and “friendly”. We strive to provide our teams with an environment where they feel valued, appreciated, and encouraged to hone their skills, explore their potential, and develop genuinely positive working relationships.

We strongly believe that, by providing our team members with all the opportunities and support they need to flourish, we truly get the best from them as they are happy, motivated, and assured in their work. With a high number of team members who have been with us for over 10 years, and many others who have explored opportunities elsewhere before rejoining us after some time away, we feel our track record in staff retention speaks for itself!

Our wider impact

Over the years we’ve been proud to support many charitable initiatives for organisations, both local and national, that are close to our heart. From 15,000m skydives to casino nights and auctions, we’re always looking for new ways to get our teams involved in fundraising and building awareness for some incredible causes.
