Technical Team Lead at Blue Frontier
Paul joined the Blue Frontier team in 2018 as an IT support engineer before becoming our Technical Team Lead. Paul has many years of industry experience, having worked as an IT engineer since 2001.

Paul works hard to meet the needs of our team by installing, configuring, maintaining and fixing computer hardware, software and networking tools, as well as managing the IT team on a day-to-day basis. This is an essential role as without properly secured and functioning IT equipment, the rest of the team would not be able to complete their work effectively.

Paul is a highly organised and methodical worker, capable of delivering excellent IT support whilst also managing and assisting our other IT engineers, allowing them to troubleshoot issues and find solutions efficiently.

One of the best parts of working at Blue Frontier is the team-focused work ethic, whereby everyone supports and works hard for each other. The friendly and helpful team make Blue Frontier a fantastic place to work! I also love that as a company we are continually innovating and growing.

As the Technical Team Lead, I manage and provide support to our IT Engineers on a daily basis, whilst also assisting with any technical troubleshooting, carrying out WAN / LANs and software support for our onsite team. I provide Windows support (with some Apple exposure), covering both desktop and mobile devices.

I would like to work on a project surrounding server and desktop machine implementation to give staff the perfect set-up from which to work.

In my free time, I enjoy socialising with friends, going to the cinema, exercising, reading, and gaming.
