Meet Liam
Junior Automation Test Engineer

•Years• Working at BF 5+

Liam originally joined the .NET team at Blue Frontier as a junior software developer after a successful period of work experience in 2018. Having recently joined the test team as a junior automation test engineer, Liam’s day to day work involves creating and maintaining automation test frameworks to ensure high-quality end products.

Liam plays a vital role in scripting, structuring and executing code to test an array of web application functionality. In doing so Liam uses best practice coding skills combined with industry-standard software such as Selenium.

Liam’s developer experience has enabled him to become a superb problem-solver and a creative thinker, attributes which help him influence and improve the quality of work produced by the test team.

My favourite things about working at Blue Frontier are the very friendly atmosphere and the diverse range of clients we work with.

My role predominantly involves testing code and applications to ensure they are working as they should be and raising any issues with the .NET team so that we can rectify them effectively and as promptly as possible.

I would like to work as one of the key figures for an interactive app in any industry.

Outside of work, I enjoy computer gaming and working on my game development projects. I love going on country walks and going to concerts.
