IT Helpdesk Coordinator
Emily has worked in IT for around 3 years so far, after receiving her associate’s degree in cyber security at San Antonio College in Texas.
Her current role at Blue Frontier is IT Helpdesk Coordinator. She was brought on to help with administrative tasks, as well as IT Helpdesk.
She describes herself as someone who enjoys supporting others and solving problems behind the scenes. She focuses on making sure systems run smoothly and that any technical issues are addressed quickly and effectively. Her goal is to provide clear and helpful support and create a positive experience for both users and the team.
I genuinely love how close everyone is and how relaxed the environment feels here! Everyone is so kind and helpful, so I’ve had a fantastic start because of the wonderful people I work with.
So far, my responsibilities include doing audits, helpdesk tickets, doing reports, and keeping stock of equipment. I’ll continue to take on more responsibilities as time goes on.
I’d like to help take on contracts eventually and help the company thrive.
I love going to metal shows, playing bass guitar, exploring new places, and playing the occasional video game.
