Junior Social Media Executive
Beth joined Blue Frontier in October 2024 as a Junior Social Media Executive. She graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2022 with a degree in Media and Digital Practice, where she developed a strong foundation in content creation and digital marketing. During her studies, Beth gained hands-on experience working with clients to create engaging social media content, further honing her creative and strategic skills.
Beth enjoys supporting clients, with a particular enthusiasm for Instagram and TikTok alongside traditional platforms. She is expanding her content writing and graphic design skills for social media branding. Passionate about short video formats, Beth thrives on delivering creative, impactful results and supporting her team.

The team’s focus on personal growth and development is amazing. Everyone genuinely wants the best for you and will support and encourage you to learn new skills and grow in your career because they’re so passionate about what they do. The dog cuddles in the office are also a bonus!
My role is very digitally creative, focusing on managing social media accounts for a range of clients. I create platform-specific content, design graphics in Canva and Adobe software, and collaborate with specialists on larger accounts. I also support the Digital team by writing content for blogs and websites, combining creativity with strategic thinking. A big part of my role revolves around learning and upskilling in other areas of marketing, helping me grow and contribute even more to the team. I love diving into creative projects, exploring trends, and finding fresh ways to deliver great results for our clients.
My dream project would be to work with a travel company on a social media campaign. I’ve always loved travel photography and discovering unique locations, so combining these passions in a project like this would be an absolute dream. Plus, I’d get to be somewhere warm—hopefully, anyway.
When I’m not at work I’m more than likely at the beach, I love being outside. I also enjoy paddleboarding, travel, UGC content creation, film photography, and baking, although I’m not the best at it!
