Amanda has worked at Blue Frontier as our technical co-ordinator and technical team manager since 2018. She has decades of experience in the technical field, having worked within IT support in the legal and engineering industries in previous roles.

Amanda’s technical skills, years of experience and approachable nature lend perfectly to her role as technical team manager. She has high standards for herself and the whole of the technical team and encourages the best customer service by offering excellent support and guidance to her team.

Amanda is not only an integral part of the technical team, helping to ensure its smooth running and streamlining technical support with our internal ticketing system, but is a highly valued contact for everyone at Blue Frontier in need of assistance.

My favourite aspects of working at Blue Frontier include the coffee machine, staff dedication to their clients and the company, the forward-thinking nature of the company, and the amount of research there is dedicated to new technologies.

As the technical team manager, I oversee all work carried out by the technical support team, manage an array of projects, provide technical support to clients and colleagues, and have contributed to the development of our internal ticketing system.

I would like to work as a project manager implementing new technologies and refreshing IT infrastructure for a company within the legal sector.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, watching movies, travelling, and baking.
