Jason joined Blue Frontier as an IT Engineer in 2022. He previously worked as a police officer and has a mixed set of skills developed during five years of working in the IT sector. His portfolio includes working as an IT Engineer covering 1st and 2nd line support, providing support internally and to external customers, ranging from the education sector to high-profile individuals.

Jason is responsible for overseeing multiple software, hardware and networks for Blue Frontier as well as some of our clients.

Jason is highly proficient in building client rapport and is used to dealing with technical issues quickly and effectively.

I enjoy the relaxed yet hard working team members and the great leadership in a fantastic working environment.

What does your Blue Frontier role involve?

My role as an IT support engineer involves troubleshooting technical issues. I provide a wide range of support for Windows and Mac based products covering both desktop and mobile devices.

What would your dream project be?

My dream project would be using autonomy to improve working efficiencies.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I love working on my car, video games and spending time with family.
